Free Webflow templates you can use today, sorted by genre
First, Webflow has two separate features: “Templates” and the “Showcase”.
The Showcase is where users publish sites they have built themselves.
This article covers the cloneable showcase projects, sorted by type.

Portfolio site templates

T.RICKS Bubbles
A template where photographs keep rising like bubbles.
Hold a photo down for about three seconds and it opens a link.
Recommended if you want something more elaborate than a plain portfolio site.
Time to adapt: about 3 hours
Even a beginner can make it their own in about three hours, starting from images and copy already in hand.
If you have a little more skill, adding a table of contents may make it easier to read.
Pros and cons
The pros: a portfolio site that shows off technical ability, and one you can build quickly.
The con: adding original touches means learning how the site is built.
You have to take the bubbles apart and study how the animation and positioning were done.
Indi Harris – one-page personal site
Indi Harris – one-page personal site
As the name says, a simple one-page portfolio site.
It has light animation, so it still shows technical ability.
It is also easy to put your own work on, and easy to read.
Time to adapt: about 1 hour
Change the images and the copy and it becomes your own site with very little effort.
Changing the email address may puzzle you briefly, but the work itself is very easy.

Pros and cons
The pros: the design is simple, so it is easy to change yourself,
and the site is easy to read, which suits submitting it at an interview.
The con: it will not differentiate you much on design.
If you do not need a portfolio site that stands out, this is the one I recommend most.
Photographer’s portfolio

The most elaborate design among the portfolio sites here.
It uses a lot of animation and asks for a range of skills.
Being able to build this suggests you can build a site at a decent level.
Time to adapt: about 8 hours
There is information beyond the home page and a contact form to change, so it takes a while.
Pros and cons
The pro: building a site at this level lets the portfolio site itself do the selling.
You should also grow to the point where you can build a new site in Webflow.
The con: it takes time.
Even if you try to modify this site for originality, a finished site is hard to adjust.
Templates for restaurants and cafes

Geoli
A single-page template that is easy to turn into your own site.
Recommended if the menu is the main thing you want to show.
For an izakaya website you could use it as it is.
Putting an Instagram link in the Gallery pairs it neatly with social media.
Time to adapt: about 1 hour
Change the header color, the fonts and the photos and it already reads as your own venue.

Pros and cons
The pro: it is very easy to change.
Even someone who has never built a website can have their own site quickly.
The con: it carries only the minimum of information.
Restaurant Mulberry Street

Single page again, with a measured amount of animation.
It also has a contact form and Google Maps on the page,
so visitors can go straight from the site to a reservation.
Recommended if you want a slightly more elaborate design.
Time to adapt: about 2 hours
There is a little more to change, including Google Maps and the contact form.
Have your images ready before you start.
Pros and cons
The pro: a clean design with a measured amount of animation,
so simply using it as it is sets you apart from other venues.
The con: a beginner may end up in a mess partway through.

Osteria60 - Fine Dining Restaurant
The most elaborate design in the restaurant category.
The pages are split into levels, so it carries a lot of information.
The design is clean and clear, so it suits anyone who wants to present the venue properly.
Time to adapt: about 2 days
There are simply a lot of pages, so it will take a while.
Two days assumes every piece of copy and every image is already decided.
A normal website build takes about a week, so even two days is fast.
Changing all of it yourself will build real skill.
Pros and cons
The pro: you can build a site on a par with professional work.
It should also do a great deal for acquisition and branding.
You can build a better site than agencies charging ¥200,000 to ¥400,000, frankly.
If you can supply the photos and copy, I took the adaptation work on for around ¥100,000. (2026 update: we no longer offer that work at that price. For our current menu, see AI website production.)

Jaw-dropper 1: the iPhone 12 Pro product page

A free template built on the Apple product page. With it, building a cutting-edge site like Apple’s becomes easy. When a client says “I want a website like Apple’s”, using this as a reference saves a great deal of work.
The maker, moritzpetersen, has a video explaining how the template was built, so learning it from the ground up that way is an option too. Perhaps I will make a Japanese walkthrough one day.
Jaw-dropper 2: Windows 95 (not clone)

Windows 95, arguably the starting point of the IT revolution — today’s well-known figures all talk about the shock of 1995. Not that I know much about it myself.
This site is built on that Windows 95. “Built on” undersells it; it is a complete recreation. For some people it will be nostalgic. It cannot be cloned and used, incidentally. Calling it a work of art feels right.
A site crafted down to the corners. My computer feels heavier for it, somehow.
Jaw-dropper 3: the PlayStation 4

A website imitating the PlayStation 4 screen so well you half suspect your computer has been modified. Everything about it looks like the real thing, which is genuinely exciting.
Click a game with the mouse and a game video plays; there is even an account creation page. Let us set aside how you would actually deploy this as a website. Simply knowing Webflow can build something this advanced opens up all sorts of possibilities. This PS4 site can be cloned, incidentally. You can change the user icons and game screens yourself.
If a gamer had a portfolio site that looked exactly like a game screen, that alone would make them stand out.
Protocore has built plenty of other interesting work besides the PS4. Visit the account page at least once. Whether it helps with a business site is another matter — every one of them is unusual. If a hospital ever deployed a game-screen website, the mismatch alone would get people talking. Though the complaints about legibility would pour in.
Jaw-dropper 4: the history of anime

Remarkably, this website has no script animation at all. Even so, scrolling changes the character backgrounds and adds artwork, with all sorts of devices in play. Visit it once. You will find yourself scrolling to the bottom.
The maker says they “built it for their own work and will keep updating it”, so by the time you visit it may be more impressive still.
Jaw-dropper 5: the Pokémon card site

A website with a trick: point the mouse at it and Pikachu moves, turning into a Pokémon card. Pikachu’s lightning looks strikingly three-dimensional — or rather, it is 3D. With enough customization you could place your own character or company mascot the same way. That does require a 3D character design, though.
A friend of mine does 3D design and metaverse architecture as a hobby, so if you ever think “I want a 3D object or a metaverse built cheaply”, get in touch and I will ask whether it is possible.
Jaw-dropper 6: the sunset

A web design that looks like the opening screen of a game. Every cloud has its own animation and drifts slowly. The background is strikingly three-dimensional and finely crafted. This one can be edited freely too. The structure may not be obvious at a glance, but editing and poking at it should make it clear soon enough.
It uses a lot of images, so display may be a little slow on a lower-spec computer or phone. Use it for a party sign-up page or a club event and the website itself becomes part of the fun.
In summary: Webflow has an enormous supply of templates
A little skill in Webflow and a website comes together easily.
Which means the next thing to learn is site design that produces results — SEO and more bookings.
