Production Process
From your first inquiry through launch and the operations that follow. It is fine if nothing is settled yet. We never leave requirements definition to you — we handle it, and we lead the project management.
“We don’t even know what to ask for” — that is a perfectly good place to start. As long as we can hear your goals and where you stand today,we put your site requirements into words and organize them. All you need to bring is an understanding of your own business and a decision at each key moment.

A fast first replyDiscovery Call
We meet online to hear about your business today, your goals, and whatever is on your mind. We keep the jargon out of it. From what you tell us, we pick out the real issues.
Open questions shared as they ariseRequirements Definition (we handle it)
We never leave requirements definition to you. We handle it ourselves.Working from the discovery call and hard measurements of your current site, we set down the goals, the audience, the page structure, the priorities, and what we call theCompletion criteria— all in one document that we align on before anything moves forward.
Completion criteriaanswer one question: what has to be true for this to be finished? They are not deliverables such as a page count; they are written as astate— for example, “your in-house staff can publish an update the same day,” or “a visitor can complete an inquiry from a smartphone.” Because that is settled up front,we do not change the agreed quote once work begins, and we keep working at no extra cost until that state is reached— that is a promise we can make.
Whether or not this single document exists changes the precision of everything that follows. We hand it over in a form you can take straight into an internal approval process.
This phasecan also be commissioned on its own (from¥100,000). If you go on to the main contract, the full amount is credited, which makes it effectively free; if you do not, the documents are still yours. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and you geta full refund, no reason required. We will not promise a price and a schedule while the requirements are still unsettled.See pricing
A meeting at every milestonePlanning and Design
We fix the skeleton with a sitemap and wireframes before moving into design. Before the look, we design the order in which the message lands. You review each phase’s deliverables before we move on.
A meeting at each phase changeBuild
We build on Webflow by default, extending to React, Next.js, or Astro as the requirements demand. The result satisfies page speed, SEO, and ease of updating at the same time.
Regular progress updatesLaunch
We launch after a final review and tuning for page speed and SEO. The small adjustments right after launch are ours to make too. Launch is not where our job ends.
We lead the project managementOperations
After launch we continue with article production and improvement. For article operations, a monthly report makes the results visible. Production only, operations only, or operations picked up midway — all are possible, and there is no minimum contract period.
Monthly reports for article operationsHow we run a project
Flexibility: production only, operations only, or operations picked up midway — all are possible. There is no minimum contract period. You choose how we are involved, based on where you are.
