Snug Inc. | Planning to Webflow build, one stop

We produced Snug Inc.’s website end to end, from the planning stage through design to the Webflow build. Working as one team, we made faithful on-screen reproduction of the brand’s atmosphere and color the axis of the project, and finished the site to a high standard.

Background

Snug needed a website that communicated their brand image accurately. They had a clear vision for the direction and tone of the design and were looking for a partner who could carry it straight through to the website, so we started the project with a setup in which planning, design and build were not separated.

Approach

In the Figma design work we collaborated with team members to translate the brand’s atmosphere and color carefully into visuals. By understanding the brand’s world deeply at the interview stage and fixing the page structure and visual direction early, we avoided large reworks midway through production.

Rather than splitting design and coding into separate steps, we designed with the Webflow implementation in view, so no gap opened up against the finished image. We took care that no difference arose between the design comps and the implementation, down to the color, white space and typography that make up the brand.

What we focused on

We were committed to faithful reproduction of the brand. A website is the face of a company and the first brand experience a visitor has. Without damaging the world Snug values, we aimed for a design that conveys it naturally on screen. Completing planning, design and build within a single team kept any drift in intent to a minimum.
