One more important note: Cookies and JavaScript are used to confirm the referral, so the referral will not register in incognito mode (private browsing) or with cookies blocked. Open the link in a normal browser and go straight through to the application (this is stated on the official campaign page).
The amount you receive changes depending on the plan you join on first. To lower the price per ticket, the basic approach is to join on a large plan first, then switch to a cheaper plan and use up your tickets. However, tickets can now be carried over for up to 6 months only, so keep the number to what you can use within 6 months. You can change your plan every month. (A 2025 policy change shortened the carry-over period from 2 years to 6 months.)
